So you have beaten Winter, and are blossoming like many things in Spring? One of the promises you may have thought of as the weather improves, is your posture, and you can can get taller, and more vital.
No surprises but the body was not designed to sit at a desk for 8 hours a day. A large percentage of our patients are with us as a consequence of poor posture, bad desk setups and long periods of time ‘chained’ to the desk. It’s just unhealthy.
