Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. I’m a
clinical psychologist who works with adults to better understand what’s going and to find
meaningful ways forward. My approach is collaborative and respectful—I’ll work with you
to make sense of your experiences and identify changes that feel realistic and sustainable. I
aim to create an environment where you can speak openly, feel understood, and gradually
build the skills you need to navigate your challenges with more confidence.

I work with a range of concerns, including:- Anxiety, panic, & worry
– Depression & low mood
– OCD & intrusive thoughts
– Stress & burnout
– Life transitions
– Relationship difficulties
– Emotional regulation challenges
– Self-esteem or perfectionism
– Grief & loss
– Bipolar disorder & psychosis
– Workplace stress

I have a special interest in supporting family members and caregivers of people living with
serious mental health difficulties as well as working with people from culturally and
linguistically diverse backgrounds, including those navigating migration and cultural
adjustment.

My work is grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with elements of
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and
Family Therapy where helpful. I’m an engaged and active therapist—I won’t just listen, but
will also offer perspectives, strategies, and guidance to help you move forward.
