Australian kids are eating dangerous amounts of salt, putting them at risk of heart problems later in life, according to a new study from Deakin University.

Over half of our kids have more salk than is recommended, and its coming predominantly from bread, and cereals.  Our levels of salt in bread and cereal are up to two times higher than the U.K, and its a very poorly known reason for high salt diets.  Clearly this is a worrying development, so check those labels thoroughly as you can!
