Rohan’s city to surf report….

The Sydney City 2 Surf Fun Run is Australia’s biggest organized run event attracting over 70,000 entrants, and this year raised nearly $5 mill for charity. It is a challenging and hilly 14km course that begins in the CBD and finishes at the iconic Bondi beach. 
This year, our senior Osteopath and director of Queen Street, Rohan Armstrong and 3 of his fellow St K Run Club members who also happen to be City Osteopathy patients trained for and travelled up to take part in this fabulous event.
