City Osteopathy is thrilled to announce the return of our great friend and brilliant myotherapist Jim Konstantis.

Bringing 20 years of clinical experience, Jim holds an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy and is a certified provider of Active Release Technique (ART), a method that releases restriction and tightness in muscles.

Jim has returned from recent travels abroad where he has worked for Victorian Masters Athletics around Australia and World Masters Athletics in Sweden and USA.  He has also worked as a sports trainer for the Victorian Football League (VFL) and Western Region Football League (WRFL) and was the therapist for the 2021 Stawell Gift winner.

Jim’s return to Melbourne and City Osteopathy means he will be available on Thursdays at our newest location, at 55 Swanston Street.

Your session with Jim will involve assessment and palpation of the area of complaint to determine the site and cause of pain or restriction followed by hands on manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, Graston technique, or TENS and exercise prescription.

Jim’s ultimate motivation is to help you function and perform at your best to help you win at life.
