Rachael has a background in dance, which she studied from a young age, including classical ballet.

Whilst studying dance, she came across Pilates to help manage injuries, as well as improve her performance. She has practised Pilates for many years, and found it so effective she moved into Pilates teacher training and has been teaching Clinical Pilates for the past 8 years.

Her sessions focus on improving alignment and mobility to get you moving well, with strength & control. She has a diploma of clinical Pilates from Breathe Education and is currently studying to obtain an advanced diploma with National Pilates Training.
