Our experienced team care deeply about their responsibility to provide effective treatment. Both our beautiful Osteopathic Clinics, designed by Plyroom, provide a calm space and provide peace of mind you need when seeking relief from pain.
Our clinics are owned by our principal Melbourne Osteopaths, Dr. Shane Heslop and Dr. Rohan Armstrong, who each have 25 years of clinical experience. Alongside them, we have a wonderful group of independent osteopaths who work in both clinics and boast years of experience and skills accumulated across the world.

Our Pilates Melbourne Room
Our Melbourne Pilates room is specifically tailored towards rehabilitation for patients needing more thorough care – particularly chronic pain patients, athletes and those with complex back pain. For best results, we provide a maximum 1:2 student to instructor ratio.
All of the experienced Pilates instructors at City Osteopathy have undertaken professional Pilates training and are part of the osteopathic team. Rest assured they will be knowledgeable for all of your specific rehabilitation needs.
